The Frazier Company came out this morning to fix our furnace. This was our first experience with a heating company and I wanted to send an email to show my appreciation to The Frazier Company. I submitted a request appointment/information yesterday and I received a call within 30 minutes and I was able to get the appointment time I wanted. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The technician stopped out today and was also very friendly and professional. It’s always hard trusting someone you don’t know into your home, but I felt very comfortable with The Frazier Company, so thank you!

Everything start to finish went Great. Very professional. 3 Frazier Company vehicles with 4 service techs showed up on time at 8am. They Removed and Replaced my 18 yr old air conditioner, furnace, and 9yr old water heater. It was all done in one day. Honestly It Could not have went better. And They didn’t make any mess or tear up my finished basement going back and forth. And the fact they also could replace the water heater at the same time , was great, that saved me another day of having a different company install a water heater. From the start when Jason S came to house to give me a quote, till they finished installing, to training me on the new thermostat . For me ,Frazier company was the right choice.

On April 24th the Frazier Company replaced our 35 year old HVAC with a Lennox HVAC. With the leadership of Jason Shock, we were very satisfied with the removal and install from beginning to end. Last Fall, when The Frazier Company serviced, my HVAC system had a large oil leak. It was obvious that the air conditioner was shot. Since it was late Fall, I felt there was no need to replace it then. I expected to receive sales talk trying to sell me a new system but there were not any. When I called in the Spring, the Sales Manager, Jason came out to the house and showed me the entire line of furnaces and air conditioners. After discussing the pros and cons of the various units, I picked one. Ten days later the installation team was here, on time and ready to work. Six hours later they had finished, cleaned up any mess and hauled away the old units. They did their work correctly, neatly, and on time. I am pleased with the system and The Frazier Company.

Tim went above and beyond for this job. He even made a house call rather than trying to explain everything to me over the phone. Some difficulty getting the replacement piece as it had been discontinued. However, we were able to get a replacement kit, which wasn’t entirely a perfect fit. But it works and it looks great! Tim was always kind, patient and explained every detail. I appreciate that. And a $270 bill vs. a potential $4,000 bill? How can a customer not be thrilled! Thanks, Tim!
